About the Regional Director position

We are looking for a Regional Director in Texas to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Regional Director’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek and close new sales opportunities.

Regional Director responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary communication hub for clients/customers in your region
  • Seeking out and closing new accounts
  • Organically growing revenue with existing accounts
  • Building long-term rapport with customers
  • Being able to negotiate contracts effectively
  • Resolving customer disputes and attending to inquiries
  • Providing reports on account
  • Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company
  • Developing ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients
  • Owning and resolving critical issues and escalations

Regional Director requirements include:

  • Experience as a Sales Specialist, Educator, Account Manager, or related profession in diabetes pharmaceuticals, devices, and/or IT
  • Expertise in demoing and training software products on a computer and smartphone
  • Excellent communication skills with clinical staff, such as physicians, nurses, educators, office managers, and medical assistants in endocrinology and primary care practices
  • Familiar with CRM software, billing systems, and general workplace productivity tools (HubSpot, Slack, Dropbox, MS Office, Google Forms)
  • Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
